• Lead the data collection, drafting and / or consolidation of the Institutional Standardized Operating Procedures, related to the routes / processes to combat human trafficking and / or care for victims, which are agreed with the partner institutions: CICESCT, Poder Judicial, National Police and Secretary of Labor. Along with these SOPs, their respective flowcharts will also be designed and consolidated.

• Collaborate in the drafting of the documents of the training package for the “training of trainers” (ToT) for the development and / or consolidation of competence: Guide for the facilitator, Notebook for the participant, Guide for support didactic resources , Reference Guide and Evaluation Manual.

• Support together with the rest of the team in the process of systematization of cases of victims of violence of Trafficking in Persons and standardization of files with the information available from one of the project partners.

• Support in the organization and facilitation of the different workshops, in relation to the methodology and work strategy of IBCR, such as: Development Workshop; Validation Workshop; Pilot Course; Training of Trainers Workshop (ToT);

• Collaborate in any other process that may arise as necessary in the course of the project, such as:

A. Prepare and facilitate technical meetings and presentations

B. Missions outside the city of Tegucigalpa

C. Support in the strengthening of collaboration and action relationships with project partners

d. File in a systematic and organized way the memories of the activities and the lists of participants

E. Document and incorporate the lessons learned in the activities and products of the project's trafficking theme in order to improve the practices, knowledge, competencies and the modalities of interaction of the PNPRRS staff with children and adolescents.

F. Ensure the internal systematization of processes and results with the writing of reports

G. Collaborate in the development of new proposals.

h. Participate and represent IBCR in meetings with partners or with other institutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• University professional degree in social sciences and / or engineering and / or other relevant field.

• Experience in managing institutional and / or civil society processes

• Experience in the design, development and / or consolidation of operating procedures in the social and / or institutional sphere and / or flow charts.

• Experience in case systematization processes will be valued.

• Experience in the subject of human rights will be an added value.

• Experience in working with groups in vulnerable situations in the country.

• Experience in facilitating training workshops will be an added value.

• Excellent ability to write documents and / or manuals (very relevant).

• Excellent analysis and synthesis skills.

• Ability to respect deadlines and work under pressure with prioritization of tasks and organization of work time.

• Flexibility towards changes and openness to constructive criticism.

• Good computer skills and use of software and / or applications (Word, Excel, internet, Outlook, PowerPoint or Prezzi)

• Excellent command of the Spanish language, both oral and written, English or French would be a bonus.

• Work permit in Honduras
